Amendment No. 9 was offered by Representatives Kawasaki, Cissna, Petersen, Holmes, Gara, Miller, Kerttula, Guttenberg, Tuck, Gardner, and Gruenberg: Page 33, line 33: Delete "94,113,200" Insert "124,113,200" Under General Funds: Insert "30,000,000" Page 34, line 4: Delete "90,283,800" Insert "120,283,800" Page 34, following line 4: Insert new material to read: "It is the intent of the legislature that $30,000,000 of the amount allocated for AHFC Operations be used for the home energy rebate programs to assist homeowners who wish to upgrade the energy efficiency of their homes." Representative Kawasaki moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 9 be adopted. Representative Stoltze objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 9 be adopted?"
